Born in Brussels, Belgium, Cedric has always been involved in action and adventure sports.

Cedric is a pioneer in basejumping and wingsuit flying and is member of the RedBull team since 2000.

Beside being an action sports athlete, Cedric is also graduated in High Performance Psychology.

Emily Daniels is a communications strategist and brand communicator with over a decade of experience leading global campaigns across life sciences, sustainability, and education. She specialises in impact and partnership communication, helping organisations amplify their voice through collaboration and purpose-driven storytelling. Emily currently supports communications at ECTRIMS – Europe’s largest multiple sclerosis research organisation – where she leads digital campaigns that strengthen engagement and visibility year-round and during their flagship annual congress.

Stefania de Vito is a psychologist and science communicator with a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience and an AFHEA qualification in teaching and learning support. With ten years of academic teaching and research – focused on memory, attention, and future thinking – she now brings her scientific expertise and communication skills to Congrex, where she serves as Marketing and Communications Manager.

Jane is passionate about the impact that meetings can have on organisations, participants and communities where the meeting is held.  This does not just happen, intention, dialogue and engagement are critical to success.  Jane brings this approach to the facilitation and consultancy work she does creating open, trusting and inclusive environments with high energy levels while being focused on the process to enable meaningful outcomes.

Kai is the CEO of EuropeActive (www.europeactive.eu) and the volunteer President of Brussels based ASSOCIATIONWORLD aisbl, taking a holistic approach towards the development of associations and association professionals, building a global association community movement. 

Troll has a BA in Science, a MBA in International Management and a PhD in Economics.
