This workshop is grounded in solid, up-to-date neuroscientific research and is designed to help you gain greater control over your mental states.
It unfolds across three focused sessions:
- Power Up - Using the body to build resilience
- Preparing for the Future - Managing stress and increasing efficiency at work
- Let it Go - Disengaging from harmful thoughts

Time to catch up with old and new association peers
The workshop will be designed to equip European and international associations and non-profit organisations with the knowledge and tools necessary to strategically navigate their digital ecosystem and self-determine their social media presence in an increasingly complex and politicised world.
Given the current global landscape, non-profits face unprecedented pressure from stakeholders to justify their social media platform choices and proactively manage their digital presence amidst external pressures and international political sensitivities. This workshop directly addresses this critical need and aims to provide guidance for non-profits to make strategic choices that suit their organisational goals best.
Aligning with GIAF’s mission to empower non-profits to tackle common challenges and achieve greater impact, the workshop aims to provide attendees with actionable insights and practical tools to enhance their social media strategies and navigate the complexities of the digital world. The interactive workshop will empower participants to:
1. Understand the evolving social media landscape;
2. Follow a strategic framework for social media decision-making;
3. Navigate politically sensitive issues effectively and strategically;
4. Optimise their digital ecosystem.
The workshop will include the following key themes/elements:
• Assessing the current social media landscape to identify key challenges and opportunities for non-profits.
• Establishing a clear foundation for decision-making and a strategic social media framework.
• Navigating politically sensitive issues, best practices for crisis communication and reputation management.
• Case studies and interactive exercises: applying the concepts learned to real-world scenarios.
